Zelle is supported by most major banks and is free to you.

Add a recipient under recipients (your view with your bank may be different from this view, but the general idea should be the same.)
Go to Zelle on your Bank's website. Click Send Money
In the next screen select the amount that matches your rent, be sure to turn repeating payment On. Set payment on 1st of each month. (see image below for selections)
